Anubias barteri var. Petite Round is a compact variety of Anubias with deep green, ovate leaves and smooth edges. This leaf pattern adds a soft touch to an aquascape, smoothing out rough edges. The color of the leaves may vary with lighting conditions, with lower light intensifying the green color.

As an epiphytic plant, Anubias grows best when attached to hardscape elements like wood or stone. Avoid burying the rhizome to prevent rotting. It requires low to medium light and benefits from regular fertilization. CO2 is not necessary but can enhance growth and leaf robustness. Being a slow grower, it is susceptible to algae under high lighting. To propagate Anubias, simply cut the rhizome and replant it in the desired location.
